From Initial Consultation to Final Construction
Our Seamless Process
The Abode Building Contractor’s team likes to do things better than the rest. In the process of preparing for the construction of your home, you’ll need plans. The team at Abode Building Construction make the whole process simpler. Our builder – Daniel, and our draftsman – Doug, will meet you on site so that you can all look at the placement of the house, orientation, shape, where the pool goes, the landscaping, access and all the site requirements and get a picture of how your home will sit on your site.
You will go through what is important to you about your new home, the design, the finishes, your special requests, and the team’s suggestions.
Based on your instructions and the team’s creativity, the first round of plans will be developed. The team is dedicated to making the process as simple as possible, and at the same time making sure that your dream home is perfect.
Once you have approved the plans, the team will coordinate the engineering, surveying of the land, soil tests and of course full construction.
